Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates: We offer a flat shipment rate of R 120 for all orders within South Africa. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing and Delivery: We make every effort to process orders promptly. Upon receiving order and payment confirmation, your order will be processed. We aim to dispatch and deliver purchased products within 3-5 (business) days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that orders placed on a Friday or during weekends may result in delayed deliveries.

Tracking and Notifications: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing tracking information. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times to all major centres in South Africa are estimated to be between 3-5 business days. However, outlying areas may take 5-7 business days for delivery.

Receipt and Possession: Once you sign for the delivery of your purchased product, the item is considered to be in your possession. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the provided delivery address.
Return & Exchange Policy

Return Notification: To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@leenandluna.co.za with the following return information (where applicable): Order number; Full name and email address; Item description / code; Reason(s) for return; Details of missing / damaged item(s); A photo of damaged item(s); If incorrect size, please provide the delivered product’s size and the size that you have ordered / would like to exchange it for.

7-Day Return Policy: To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 7 business days upon receiving the product.

Accepted Return Reasons: a) Damaged or missing Products: We accept returns for products that have been damaged during manufacturing or delivery. Please provide detailed information and include a photo of the damaged item in your return email. b) Incorrect Size: Sizing can differ across various items due to different styles and fabrics. If you receive an item with an incorrect size, we will accept the return.

Replacement / credit: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if it has been approved or not. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or credit in the form of a gift voucher. The replacement will be offered if the product is still in stock, or we will provide a credit in the form of a gift voucher for use on Leen & Luna’s online store, equivalent to the original purchased product’s value.

Return Procedure and Costs: If you choose to return the item, and the fault is not on Leen & Luna’s side, you are responsible for the courier cost to collect the item and deliver the replacement product. After processing your return notification, we will provide instructions for returning the item. If the return is approved, based on a manufacturing fault or damage during delivery, cost of return and replacement shipping will be for Leen & Luna’s expense. Please securely package the product and ensure that someone is available for collection at the provided address.

Return Conditions: The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this documentation when returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns. Leen & Luna will also not accept returns of damaged; used; or dirty products, caused by the consumer.
